Please carefully read these Website Terms and Conditions of Use before accessing, browsing, or using this website. These terms (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website available at https://renovohealthandbeauty.com, including its different language versions, pages, content, forms, downloadable materials, links, tools, and other digital resources forming part of it (the “Website”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, the User acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and agrees to be bound by them. If the User does not agree with their contents, the User should refrain from using the Website.
1. Identification and Definitions
For purposes of these Terms, “Renovo,” the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to RENOVO CLINIC S.C., an entity legally organized under the laws of Mexico, doing business under the trade names Renovo Health & Beauty and/or Renovo Clinic, with its principal operations in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. “User,” “you,” or “your” means any person accessing, browsing, or using the Website. “Content” includes texts, articles, medical or scientific information, photographs, videos, images, testimonials, trademarks, logos, designs, educational materials, eBooks, software, and any other materials published or made available through the Website. “Third-Party Services” means any website, application, communication system, financing platform, payment processor, social network, mapping service, appointment-scheduling tool, or other resource operated by a third party that may be accessed through the Website.
2. Purpose and Scope
These Terms exclusively govern access to, browsing of, and use of the Website and its digital resources. They do not constitute a medical or healthcare services agreement, informed consent, diagnosis, prescription, therapeutic recommendation, guarantee of treatment, or acceptance of the User as a patient.
Likewise, access to the Website, completion of forms, requests for information or appointments, sending messages, communications with administrative personnel or patient coordinators, and any other interaction initiated through the Website do not, by themselves, establish a physician-patient relationship. Any medical, aesthetic, regenerative, diagnostic, or healthcare services that may ultimately be provided shall be governed separately by the applicable clinical, contractual, financial, and informed-consent documentation.
Nothing contained in these Terms modifies, limits, replaces, or extinguishes any rights or obligations that may arise from medical services actually provided.
3. Eligibility to Use the Website
The Website is primarily intended for persons eighteen years of age or older. Minors should not provide personal or health-related information through the Website without the involvement and authorization of the person legally exercising parental authority, guardianship, or legal representation, where applicable.
4. Geographic Scope and Location of Medical Services
The Website may be accessed from Mexico, the United States, and other countries. The availability of the Website outside Mexico does not mean that Renovo provides medical services in the jurisdiction from which the Website is accessed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise through separate documentation, the medical, diagnostic, regenerative, aesthetic, and other healthcare services advertised on the Website are offered for performance in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, subject to professional evaluation, availability, patient eligibility, and applicable law.
The existence of telephone numbers, contact methods, administrative personnel, administrative offices, or digital tools located in or accessible from the United States does not, by itself, mean that the medical procedures advertised on the Website are performed in the United States.
5. Medical and Scientific Information
Content related to medicine, health, wellness, regenerative medicine, cellular therapies, oncology, hormone-related services, weight management, aesthetic medicine, intravenous therapies, orthopedics, nutrition, diagnostics, or other health-related matters is provided solely for general, educational, and informational purposes.
Such information does not constitute or replace a medical consultation, individualized assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, prescription, treatment recommendation, or emergency care. Scientific knowledge, treatment availability, professional standards, and applicable regulations may change over time; therefore, the User should consult a duly qualified healthcare professional before making decisions regarding their health.
References on the Website to research, scientific literature, medical technologies, biological mechanisms, clinical experience, or emerging treatments do not constitute a guarantee of effectiveness, safety, suitability, or outcome for any particular User or patient.
6. No Physician-Patient Relationship
Merely accessing the Website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, downloading materials, sending an email or text message, communicating through WhatsApp or another platform, or receiving general information from administrative or coordination personnel does not, by itself, establish a physician-patient relationship.
A professional healthcare relationship may arise only after completion of the applicable admission, evaluation, acceptance, and clinical documentation procedures corresponding to the requested service and applicable law.
7. Medical Emergencies
The Website, its forms, email addresses, telephone numbers, messaging services, WhatsApp, and social media channels are not emergency medical services and should not be used to request immediate assistance in an emergency.
Renovo does not guarantee that messages sent through these channels will be received, reviewed, or answered immediately. In the event of a medical emergency, the User should directly seek assistance from the emergency services or healthcare facilities available at the User’s location.
8. Treatments, Availability, and Results
The description, promotion, or mention of any treatment, procedure, therapy, or service on the Website does not constitute a binding offer, individualized medical recommendation, confirmation of availability, or guarantee that the User is an appropriate candidate to receive it.
Eligibility for any service will depend upon an individualized professional evaluation, the patient’s particular circumstances, service availability, and the applicable medical, legal, and administrative requirements.
Medical, therapeutic, regenerative, functional, aesthetic, or wellness results may vary significantly among patients. No statement, photograph, video, description, testimonial, clinical case, educational material, or information published on the Website should be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or assurance that any particular result will be achieved.
9. Testimonials and Patient Experiences
Testimonials, reviews, interviews, photographs, videos, cases, or personal experiences appearing on the Website reflect individual circumstances and do not necessarily represent the typical, expected, or guaranteed results of other patients.
A decision to undergo treatment should not be based exclusively on testimonials or individual experiences. Nothing in this section limits any legal obligations applicable to the truthfulness, accuracy, or substantiation of advertising disseminated through the Website.
10. Accuracy and Updating of Content
Renovo will make reasonable efforts to maintain useful and current information; however, the Website may contain typographical errors, outdated information, technical inaccuracies, or omissions. Medical, scientific, regulatory, logistical, professional, availability, pricing, or other information related to services may change over time.
Renovo may correct, update, modify, supplement, suspend, or remove Content when necessary, without assuming an obligation to permanently retain all previously published information.
11. Forms, Appointment Requests, and Communications
The Website may allow the User to request information, contact, an initial assessment, or an appointment through forms or other electronic means. Submission of a request does not constitute confirmation of an appointment, acceptance as a patient, authorization of a procedure, or an obligation by Renovo to provide any specific service.
An appointment or service will only be considered confirmed when Renovo expressly communicates such confirmation through the applicable procedure. The User is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date contact information.
When the user voluntarily provides a telephone or mobile number through a form on the Website and selects the applicable consent mechanism, the user may authorize Renovo to communicate by telephone call, email, and SMS/text message for purposes of responding to and following up on the user’s request, providing requested information, coordinating, confirming, modifying, rescheduling, or cancelling appointments, and sending communications related to treatments, services, or care requested by the user. The nature, scope, and mechanisms for discontinuing such communications shall also be subject to the Electronic Communications section of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
12. Information Provided by the User
The User shall refrain from using Website forms or electronic channels to knowingly provide false, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or rights-infringing information, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or engage in any conduct contrary to law.
Personal information provided through the Website will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice and/or Privacy Policy. Where such information includes health-related information or other sensitive personal data, its processing will be subject to the applicable consent mechanisms and other requirements established by applicable law.
When the user provides a mobile telephone number, Renovo may retain information reasonably necessary to document the consent granted to receive communications, as well as any subsequent requests to opt out of or discontinue such messages. The processing of telephone numbers, contact information, and records associated with SMS communications shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.
Mobile information and associated consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, without prejudice to the processing of such information by technology or communications service providers acting solely on behalf of Renovo and exclusively for the authorized purposes.
These Terms do not replace the Privacy Notice or any consent that must be obtained separately.
13. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, analytics tools, and other similar technologies to enable its operation, remember preferences, analyze traffic, measure interactions, improve functionality, or for other purposes established in the applicable Privacy Notice or Cookie Policy.
Where applicable law requires consent or other authorization for the use of a particular technology, such technology shall be implemented in accordance with the applicable mechanism.
14. Electronic, Telephone, and SMS Communications
When the user voluntarily provides contact information through the Website, including an email address and telephone or mobile number, Renovo may use such information to respond to and follow up on requests initiated by the user, provide requested information, respond to forms or inquiries, coordinate administrative assistance, confirm, modify, reschedule, or cancel appointments, and send communications reasonably related to treatments, services, consultations, or care requested by the user.
Where the Website provides a specific consent mechanism for telephone or SMS communications, the user may expressly authorize such communications by selecting the corresponding checkbox or equivalent mechanism. By providing a telephone number and granting such consent, the user authorizes Renovo to communicate by telephone call, email, and SMS/text message regarding the user’s inquiry, appointments, treatment, or requested services.
Message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the inquiry, request, appointment, treatment, or service. Standard message and data rates imposed by the user’s mobile carrier may apply.
The user may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message received from Renovo. For assistance regarding the messaging service, the user may reply HELP. Opting out of SMS communications will not prevent the user from communicating with Renovo through other available channels.
Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing, contracting for, or receiving healthcare or any other services from Renovo.
The user represents that the telephone number provided belongs to the user or that the user is otherwise authorized to receive and consent to communications at that number. The user shall notify Renovo if the number provided is reassigned, disconnected, or otherwise ceases to be under the user’s control.
Renovo uses these communication channels primarily to provide customer and patient support, respond to and follow up on requests initiated by users, coordinate and confirm appointments, provide administrative assistance, and communicate regarding requested services or treatments. Renovo does not use the consent described in this section for unsolicited cold calling or to send SMS communications to numbers obtained through purchased, rented, or otherwise acquired third-party databases for unsolicited prospecting purposes.
The authorization described in this section does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive advertising or promotional communications unrelated to the request or relationship initiated by the user where applicable law requires separate or additional authorization.
Renovo may use technology, telecommunications, messaging, email, customer relationship management, or similar service providers to facilitate such communications exclusively on Renovo’s behalf. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
For additional information regarding the processing of personal information, telephone numbers, and electronic communications, please review our Privacy Policy.
15. Third-Party Services and Platforms
The Website may contain links, integrations, or references to independent platforms, including messaging services, social networks, maps, appointment scheduling, financing, payment processing, video hosting, traffic analytics, and other third-party resources.
Access to or use of such services will be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, security conditions, and operating rules. Renovo does not generally control or guarantee their operation, availability, content, or policies.
The inclusion of a link, integration, or reference to a third party does not necessarily imply ownership, sponsorship, association, endorsement, or guarantee by Renovo.
Renovo Clinic may use technology, telecommunications, messaging, hosting, email, customer relationship management, or similar service providers solely as reasonably necessary to process communications on behalf of Renovo Clinic. Such providers are not authorized to use mobile information, telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
16. Financing and Third-Party Payment Platforms
Where the Website contains information or links related to financing or payment options offered by third parties, any credit application, approval, interest rate, fee, payment obligation, or financial condition will be determined and governed by the applicable provider and the agreement entered into directly with such provider.
These Terms do not govern treatment deposits, payments, cancellations, refunds, or other financial obligations associated with medical services actually contracted. Such matters shall be subject to separate applicable documentation.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website and its Content are owned by Renovo, duly licensed, or otherwise lawfully used and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
The User receives only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable authorization to access the Website and view or, where expressly permitted, download certain materials for personal and non-commercial use.
Without prior written authorization, substantial reproduction, republication, commercial distribution, sale, modification for commercial purposes, exploitation of downloadable materials, use of Renovo trademarks or logos, or any use that falsely implies sponsorship, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement by Renovo is prohibited.
18. Prohibited Use of the Website
The User shall use the Website lawfully and shall refrain from interfering with its security, operation, or availability. It is prohibited to attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, databases, or restricted areas; transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities; impersonate Renovo, its personnel, or third parties; use forms for spam; collect information from other Users; bypass security controls; perform unauthorized automated extraction, scraping, or bulk reproduction of Content; or use the Website in a manner that falsely suggests a commercial, professional, or institutional relationship with Renovo.
19. Website Availability and Security
Renovo does not guarantee that the Website will remain permanently available, continuous, or error-free. Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, cybersecurity measures, technological failures, internet or telecommunications interruptions, failures of external service providers, events beyond Renovo’s reasonable control, or legal requirements.
Although reasonable measures may be taken to protect systems and electronic communications, no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security. The User is responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices, accounts, and networks.
20. Restriction or Suspension of Access
Renovo may limit, block, or suspend access to the Website when reasonably necessary due to a violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or unlawful activity, cybersecurity risks, attempts to affect the operation of the platform, abusive use of its resources, protection of Renovo, its patients, personnel, or third parties, or compliance with legal, administrative, or judicial obligations.
Any such restriction is limited to use of the Website and does not, by itself, determine the rights or obligations arising from an independent medical relationship.
21. Website Availability and Disclaimer of Technological Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its technological functionality are provided “as is” and “as available.” Renovo does not guarantee that the Website will remain permanently uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all devices or browsers, or absolutely immune from technological vulnerabilities.
This provision applies exclusively to the Website as a digital platform and does not constitute a waiver, limitation, or exclusion of any professional, healthcare, civil, or legal duties that may arise from medical services actually provided.
22. Limitation of Liability for Website Use
Use and navigation of the Website are undertaken at the User’s responsibility. Accordingly, Renovo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising exclusively from temporary Website interruptions, technical failures, incompatibility with the User’s devices or software, unlawful third-party attacks that could not reasonably have been prevented, use of external platforms, or misuse of the Website by the User.
This limitation applies exclusively to the operation and use of the Website as a digital platform.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and use of the Website shall be governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Mexican States and, where applicable, by the laws of the State of Baja California, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may not be waived under applicable law.
Where a dispute arises exclusively in connection with access to or use of the Website, the parties shall initially seek to resolve it through direct communication with Renovo. Without prejudice to administrative jurisdiction, consumer rights, or jurisdictions that may not legally be excluded, disputes arising exclusively from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent authorities and courts of Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico.
24. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, it shall, where legally permissible, be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Failure to exercise a right or enforce a provision in a particular instance shall not constitute a permanent waiver thereof.
25. Amendments
Renovo may update these Terms when reasonably necessary due to changes in Website functionality, technology used, security practices, business operations, applicable law, or other legitimate reasons.
The updated version will be posted on the Website indicating a new “Last Updated” date and, unless applicable law requires otherwise, will take effect prospectively from the date of publication.
Amendments to these Terms will not retroactively modify medical-service agreements, informed consents, payment agreements, or other documents previously entered into separately.
26. Entire Agreement Regarding Website Use
These Terms, together with the policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement applicable exclusively to access to and use of the Website.
They do not replace or modify medical-service agreements, informed consents, privacy notices or consents, financial agreements, cancellation policies, or any other document related to a particular treatment or service.
27. Language
These Terms may be made available to the User in Spanish and English. The English-language version is provided solely for the convenience of international Users.
In the event of any conflict, difference in interpretation, inconsistency, or omission between the two versions, the Spanish-language version shall prevail.
